Find qualified Teachers

Look at other books on sleep and dreaming from more authentic resources, (e.g. the Tibetans Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, who has a simpler, more direct, and valuable audio recording, and the text, The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep; and Chogyal Namkhai Norbu, and western mind specialists such as TH Ogden and JA Hobson). Do you want to be scared into listening to something, or find more reasonable sources to explore a worthy topic? Add to Tenzin Rinpoche's recorded teachings, the text Dzogchen (Heart Essence of the Great Perfection) text by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and you will better learn and master.

Review for Dream Yoga

I'm about halfway through the abundant information and appreciate how clear and well-laid out the material is. While the topic of dream yoga can be esoteric, Holocek's explanation is accessible and easy to understand. Thank you!

Review for Dream Yoga

Holecek is a wonderful teacher - easy to understand, enjoyable to listen to, a wonderful blend of humor, gentleness, and deep understanding. He makes the profound path of Dream Yoga a real possibility for anyone who wishes to engage this powerful (and fun) practice. He not only talks about the experience, but he lays out stages of practices that one can apply every day as he or she listens to the program over time.

Review for Dream Yoga

This is an excellent, comprehensive guide to the practices of Dream Yoga. I've spent many an afternoon ambling around listening to the course and many a night aware in my dreams as a direct result.
