Great Material, shame about the reader.

I have the excellent "through the Dark Wood" audiobook, where the reader was James himself. Although the material of this audiobook is still the same standard, sadly there is a different reader. Their voice is typical of self help books and too fast to take me to the depths that the book requires. So I am left in the shallows of irritation, not the ocean depths of the soul. I should have brought the book, not the audiobook.
